Return and Refund Policy

We at GardenTeddy.com work hard to provide our customers with all our products at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the look, size & design please inform us by dropping mail at hello@gardenteddy.com or calling on customer care number within 3 days of receipt of the order and simply return/exchange the product within 7 days of receipt of the product.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Returns/exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at hello@gardenteddy.com.

In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to us at their own expense and an amount of Rs. 250/- will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

HOW TO RETURN

Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.

Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 250 /- towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

 Refund options for you– The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  1. Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders.
  2. Money back to the paid account / credit card for all online orders.
  3. A Coupon Code of the refund value, which can be redeemed against any purchase.
